CLAUDIA RAMOS MICHEL - CURRICULUM VITAE
Let me tell you a little bit about myself:
I was born in Monclova, Coahuila, Mexico, in 1985. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from the Instituto de Arte y Diseno in 2010. I graduated Summa Cum Laude, majoring in Graphic Design and Psychology. In the year of 2014 I earned the degree of Masters of Arts with a concentration in Communication Studies from The University of Texas – Pan American. I wrote the thesis "Reactions to Company Complaint Responses: The Hispanic Consumer Perspective" will be presented in a conference for the National Association for Hispanic and Latino Studies (NAHLS) in October of 2015.
During the past two summers, I have participated as a volunteer for different non-profit organizations such as ZAO Ministries, Palm Valley Animal Center and Austin Pets Alive. I speak English, Spanish a little bit of Portuguese and currently learning Mandarin.
While pursuing my Masters degree, I worked for a magazine in McAllen; SOCIALIFE as the editor in chief, also as an advertising and marketing intern at A&A Relations, McAllen Valley Roofing Company and New Voice Mobile. Currently I am working as a communications specialist and project manager at McAllen Data Center:
